Numunu Martinez JV
Numunu Martinez JV represents the best of the JV program by partnering a rapidly growing tribal 8(a) with a remarkably skilled and well respected WOSB GC who has a stellar track record of completing federal projects on time and on budget. We offer general contracting services throughout CONUS with an emphasis on the southeast, southwest, and all of California. The Numunu Martinez JV has a strong understanding of the federal government’s acquisition and compliance guidelines and adheres to these standards. This tribal 8(a) joint venture provides the federal government with unique acquisition options including direct, sole-sourced contracts that can be processed quickly once a requirement is identified. These contracts are negotiated to ensure the procuring agency meets its program needs while providing the best value to the federal government as a whole.
Numunu Vesa
Numunu Vesa JV LLC is an SBA-approved 8(a) Joint Venture formed under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program between Numunu Staffing, LLC (Managing Venturer, 51%) — a wholly-owned Comanche Nation Enterprise, Inc. — and Vesa Health & Technology, Inc. (Mentor, 49%), a subsidiary of Sterling Medical. The JV pursues federal medical and healthcare staffing contracts set aside for 8(a), HUBZone, and Small Disadvantaged Business concerns.

Numu Services JV LLC is an SBA-approved Joint Venture formed under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program between Numunu Staffing, LLC (Managing Venturer, 51%) — a wholly-owned Comanche Nation Enterprise, Inc. and federally recognized Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) — and Vesa Health & Technology, Inc. (Mentor, 49%), a subsidiary of Sterling Medical. The JV pursues federal medical and healthcare staffing contracts set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and ISBEEs under the Buy Indian Act and applicable IHS, DoD, and HHS procurement regulations, including the 5% DoD Incentive Payment for utilization of Indian organizations.
