Numunu Staffing, LLC Places Quality Control Assistant in Mentorship Program for Comanche Tribal Members

Lawton, OK, November 22, 2023 – Numunu Staffing, LLC places Quality Control Assistant in mentorship program aimed at job training for Comanche tribal members in partnership with Numunu Construction.

Numunu Staffing CEO, George Tahdooahnippah said, “It is very important that tribal members have an opportunity for meaningful career development within our businesses and within our tribe. I am very delighted that the Numunu team is able to offer employment for fellow tribal members and we look to build on this for many years to come. This will be the start of our Tribal Management program, which will allow tribal members to be shadow managers of existing managers, until they have the experience and expertise to be ready for full management responsibilities. Construction and government contracting is particular in having specific construction experience on federal facilities. This is our first step for building that experience.”

Derek is first in the lineup of the mentorship program for construction management, paving the way for many other Comanche Tribal Members to come.
